$0.75 covers up to $100 of declared value on the package. If you need to cover more than $100 of value, change the quantity on this item to the appropriate amount. For example if you need to cover $300 of declared value, set the quantity to 3.

Insurance is managed by InsureShip and underwritten by The Navigators Group, which has been given an A.M. Best Rating A+ "Excellent". Mini Gadgets, Inc. is not an insurance company; InsureShip handles all Insurance claims. 

The coverage insures the parcel and its contents against damage of loss from any external cause while in transit to, or from, premises utilized by the insured and in care, custody, or control of carriers listed within the United States of America and Canada EXCEPT as hereinafter excluded. Underwriters shall be liable for the invoice value of the property lost, destroyed, or damaged; in the event there is no invoice, the Underwriters shall be liable for the actual cash value of the property.

Shipment Limit

Insurance covers up to $5,000 per parcel.

Policy Exclusions

Memory Cards cannot be insured.

Excluded countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Syria, Zimbabwe, Russia, Ukraine, and any other Country that is or may become Embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)

Conditions

The insured must wait 20 days for domestic, 30 days for international shipments to file for non-delivery claims. If damaged, the insured may file a notice of damage with InsureShip immediately. All claims must be filed within 90 days of shipment date to be honored. The insured will submit a completed InsureShip claim form, copy of the original invoice to the consignee / original invoice from the shipper, whichever is applicable, a signed and dated statement from the consignee / receiving party, proof of damage if applicable and any additional documentation requested to substantiate the loss. Coverage does not include handling fees and insurance fees. All damaged property for which payment (not repair costs), or replacement costs have been made, must, on request, be returned to the Underwriters. Failure to hold the damaged property until the claim is fully resolved will result in the claim's being denied.

The insured will have one ( 1) year from the date of the shipment to furnish any required and/or additional documentation requested by InsureShip in order for the insured to substantiate said claim. Should the insured fail to provide the required and/or additional documentation within one (1) year from the ship date, the insured's claim will be denied. Any covered loss will be promptly paid to the insured or their assignee after notice of loss or damage and the required documentation has been received and accepted by Underwriters in accordance with all terms and conditions of this coverage, unless property is replaced, at the option of the Underwriters, with like kind, function, and quality.

Warranty, Item Condition and Damaged on Arrival Product Returns The condition of this item is new. This product comes with a warranty of Lifetime Limited Warranty if it is new, and a 90 day Warranty if it is Open Box or Refurnished, which is honored by the manufacturer. You may wish to increase your warranty period for additional peace of mind by purchasing one of our Mack Warranties, or if it is one of the few not stocked by us you can purchase that particular warranty directly from Mack. If your product arrives damaged or defective you must return it to us. The period for notifying Cameraverse that this product is damaged or defective and needs to be returned, is SEVEN DAYS from when the item is delivered to you. The notification MUST be done in writing through sending an email to returns@cameraverse.com, and MUST include ALL of the required information clearly laid out in our RETURNS POLICY. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns of damaged or defective products if ALL of this information is not sent to us within this time period. Please be sure that you receive and check your items yourself or if someone else is receiving your goods for you then it is important that they check the order within this time period.
